Then make cirkles whit the lifted leg. And do that 200-300 times every day. And then your legs get so lean in a few weeks :) Good luck! xxx

thanks!!!! i will definitely try it, and i quite jogging because my legs only got thicker. i walk now for long distance instead up decline and incline. but i really appreciate the advice, cant wait to try it out :D xxxx

they say one of the biggest things about getting thin, is making sure to stay off my ass. soo hows that for staing off my ass. ya!! lol well i still need help finding better ways to get thinner!! so please please help! i dont go to a gym or have equipment, just at home things please! and if anyone could answer the question is better to jog or walk on incline decline? which makes your legs lean, not build muscle!
