Then make cirkles whit the lifted leg. And do that 200-300 times every day. And then your legs get so lean in a few weeks :) Good luck! xxx
thanks!!!! i will definitely try it, and i quite jogging because my legs only got thicker. i walk now for long distance instead up decline and incline. but i really appreciate the advice, cant wait to try it out :D xxxx
